In 2022, Raymore received 154 acres of parkland as part of the Good Ranch Land Use Plan. The site is located at the Prairie View subdivision, adjacent to Bridle Ridge Elementary School on 195th Street.

The future park, known as The Ranch, will not only be the largest park in the Raymore park system, it will be located in Ward 1, an area of the City that currently lacks parkland.
